Carol Wevodau

Carol is co-chair of Capitol Kickline.  

Carol Wevodau is the Artistic Director of the Wevodau Dance Center in Camp Hill, Pa.

She is a member of Dance Educators of America, International Teachers of Dance, and National Association of Dancers and Affiliated Artists.

Carol’s dance education includes Joannes School of Dance, Harrisburg; Harrisburg Dance Conservatory; and Harrisburg Area Community College. She attends advanced training seminars and classes, including programs at Dance Educators of America, International Teachers of Dance, Dance Masters of America, National Association of Dancers and Affiliated Artists, Dance Power, and All American Talent Awards.

In addition to teaching at Wevodau Dance Center, Carol has also taught at Joannes School of Dance, Harrisburg Dance Conservatory, Mechanicsburg Area School District, Mountain View Elementary School, Bishop McDevitt High School, Harrisburg Area Community College, and the Harrisburg Civic Opera.

Carol also holds several board of directors positions with Harrisburg Ballet, Harrisburg Dance Conservatory, and the Greater Harrisburg Arts Council.

She is a member of the judge’s panels for Pennsylvania Council for the Arts and Pennsylvania General Federation of Women’s Clubs.

Carol has choreographed numerous local theatre productions from 1987 to the present including “The Scarlet Pimpernel,” “West Side Story,” “Joseph and His Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat,” and many others
